    About Me

I am a lucky enough to be a stay at home Mom. I have 3 daughters ages 6 to 15 years old. My middle daughter has Celiac disease, which is the inability to process wheat. My passions are yoga, reading, snow skiing at Lake Tahoe and boating. I am nutrition conscious. Most of my time is spent with the kids activities.

    Favorite Foods

Italian, I grew up in a Philadelphia suburb. I love beans! I always make my own smoothies. We hunt for new celiac foods. I am not a gluten free baker. It just doesn't turn out for me.
