Reviewed Creamed Ham & Potatoes
"This is exactly what I was looking for. I had leftover potatoes on their last leg and leftover ham from Christmas. The tight budget was part of the equation too.
I followed the recipe exactly, using probably 2 Tbsp of spicy brown mustard. I also added a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream that needed to be used up. True comfort food and it got..."

Reviewed Coffee-Glazed Italian Doughnuts (Zeppole
"I read several reviews before making these, and noticed some people had problems with "raw" dough in the middle. One reviewer, however, pointed out that the doughnut was more like an eclair. Reviewed Moist and Easy Cornbread
"This was the first cornbread I have ever had that was really moist ... it almost has the texture of banana bread and the like. My DH and I are full-time RVers, traveling the country and working as we go. However, that didn't stop my joy of finding new dishes to create!
My favorite cookbook is the Internet! I have found so many awesome recipes in the last couple of years just browsing.
I am passionate about my family ... husband of 37 years, 1 daughter, 2 sons, 1 son-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law, and 5 grandchildren (1 boy, 4 girls). My major pet peeve is people that find nothing better to do than complain about other people! Lighten up!
My favorite dish to cook changes constantly. I used to have several casseroles I made all regularly for my family. However, now that my children are grown, I find that my tastes are changing and expanding. I want to try new things!
I have several favorite restaurants ... too difficult to narrow it down!
