    "I think had the bacon been fried first (still flexible and instead of simmering the steak maybe baking in gravy instead of broth. Didn't have much flavor. Meat was tender though and I intend on unrolling to use the meat and onions on sandwiches. Thanks for posting"

    "FANTASTIC! I must admit that I "cheated" a little and just threw everything in a crockpot and turned in on low for 8 hours (did not cook meat first. I also added 2 tbls of cornstarch the last hour to thicken it."

    "Very good! I didn't have condensed tomato soup so I used Progresso Hearty Tomato and added some more rice. 10 minutes before it finished I added some shredded cheese to the top. Wish I would have had the celery salt. I did not add the green pepper."
