    About Me

I love to cook. I love to bake. I love to eat. But most importantly, I love to be healthy. When I cook I am always trying to eliminate the bad stuff and replace it with something healthier. White, refined sugar is the first to go (substituted with maple syrup, honey, molasses, etc., if needed). Next is bleached flour: yep, that's definitely out; replaced with whole wheat (that includes being careful which pastas you buy!). Then I like to add-in healthy extras as I go: yogurt, applesauce, flax,... And variety is always important when focusing on health.
