    "This turned out very nicely. I used the whole wheat flour version. I also tweaked the process just a bit by starting with 1 cup of flour a dash of sugar and the yeast. I allowed that to proof in the bowl and then added the remaining ingredients and kneaded the dough, then rolled it out and placed it on the pan. Very tasty and my rather picky pizza..."

    "This is a great cheesecake but I think 450 is a bit hot for the oven. I noticed that it actually rose a bit and cracked on one side. I'll probably try it again and lower the oven temp or use a water bath and see if that takes care of the problem. "
