"These are delicious. I used 1/3 cup whole wheat flour with 2/3 white. 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup Splenda. I also added 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 cup craisins. Very good and moist. I didn't bother with the glaze."

"I used all the zest from an orange and orange extract. I browned the butter and cooled. I can't wait to read Madeline to the grand babies and make Madeleines to eat! Gotta stop making these! I love them. I took them to a book club meeting. No complaints!"

"The biggest problem I had was finding a 2 1/2 pound chicken. I had to go yo Whole Foods to find a smaller one. Next time I will reduce the salt to 1/4 cup. Very tender. I cooked for 1 hour an 15 minutes. The smell started shortly after putting in the oven. I was ready to devour when the timer went off. Thanks for posting."

"I didn't have orange peel, so I use orange flavored cranberries, chopped fine. I added 1 T. orange zest and 1 t. orange extract to the recipe to enhance the orange flavor along with the Grand Marnier. Easy to prepare. Good taste. I read somewhere to let them cool for a few hours before cutting for the drying. This helped. Not as much crumbli..."

"I use the Rival mix. Add about 3/4 cup to each quart bag. Then put in another quart bag before putting in the gallon bag. Wrap newspaper around the bags. I make this with my kiddos at school, and they love it! You have to shake, or you will only have a delicious milkshake. I also use freezer bags since they're stronger."

"I used the icing recipe to frost cut out cookies made from a box mix. My 2 year old granddaughter and I started a Christmas tradition of making cookies. I did the spreading, but she enjoyed sprinkling the sprinkles on the finished cookies. We had sprinkles everywhere!!!!!!!!! Love the icing!!"
