    Reviewed 15 Bean Soup

    "Excellent recipe. To enhance this recipe I used 2-10oz. diced tomatoes with green chilies in lieu of the tomatoes indicated in the recipe. Add tomatos at the last 15 minutes of cooking time otherwise the acidic nature reduces cooking time and I don't like what it does to the beans. Used more garlic and celery. Used 2 ham bones and 2 smoked ham ..."
