"I liked the combination of ingredients and was happy with the overall flavor. However, the recipe instructions are lacking and might be confusing for a beginner cook so my star rating reflects that. The directions don't mention where to add the rotel/ salsa. I used rotel tomatoes and utilized the juice as part of the required liquid in the..."

"Delicious while oozing melted cheese. The cauliflower flavor is there, but I think one could safely increase add more cauliflower or spices into the batter. The batter was very thick and held together well. I used a spoon to dip and a small spatula to scrape it into the oil. Thank you for sharing a keeper!"

"I thought this recipe produced a really nice classic potato salad. The dressing amounts were spot on and made the perfect amount for a good salad; not too sloppy nor too dry. After the potato salad chilled though I did miss the pickle relish and pimentos so stirred both in. Both are simply family preferences. Thank you for sharing the recipe!"

"Good gravy, these were good! I used weight watchers spreadable neufchatel cheese and panko crumbs. The peppers I had offered a nice heat in a crispy shell. The centers were creamy, melty goodness. Yum! I appreciated the quick micro steaming method. Do wear gloves though when seeding the peppers. This recipe goes into my keeper file!"

The soup was tasty; slightly spicy, ..."

"This made nice cornbread! I adapted to use things on hand and was pleased with the result. I used one box of Jiffy, 2 eggs, cottage cheese instead of cream cheese, and fresh broccoli. I also threw in a half can of whole kernel corn (drained, a seeded jalapeno, and some diced onion to use up bits and pieces. I made it to serve with Hearty Taco ..."

"This has delicious veggies and a nice tart dressing. I prepped the salad ahead and laid out much like a summer chef salad. The lemony dressing was added at serving time. I served with Pa Amb Tomaquet (Tomato Toast while participating in My Food Odyssey."

"This recipe exceeded my expectations and I would make it again! I used a 20 oz bag of frozen meatballs and only added half of the sweet and sour sauce and half of the pineapple tidbits to start. One hour before serving the rest of the sauce, pineapple, and vegetables were added and the crock pot turned to high. I used a half of red, yellow, &am..."
