I'll try almost anything.... once. My favorite recipes are eclectic and cover everything from gourmet to comfort food, something that takes all day to quick to fix, and lower fat regulars to high calorie splurges.
I do tend to prefer spicy fare and lemony flavors. My husband is a sport, will try anything I prepare, thank me for making it, and rate the dish with stars since I found zaar. Sadly he isn't as fond of spicy.
