"I tried this for the first time tonight. We liked it, but I did make some add some things and I will probably take out the water chestnuts next time. I used pre-cooked peeled shrimp so only cooked it for 2 minutes and I added some Emril Essence and a little half & half which made it creamy. Everything else in the recipe worked well."
