"I don't know about the one person who didn't like this... I think it's great. I've made it with the skin off, bone in & boneless skinless and i've done it with breasts.. (advise cutting them in half I've done it with blue chhese, with ranch & with chunky garlic ceasar.. I think I added extra seasonong, because I am so used to breading & baking th..."

"This was delicious. Spinach & fish go so well together. This recipe would work well with sole, cod haddock, pollock, tilapia, halibut, snapper... just about any white fleshed fish really. You might have to adjust the time accordingly as halibut is ususally much thicker than sole, but the flavours will still be there. This is nice with rice wit..."

"This was very very good. I was going to give it only 4 stars but it elicited such rave reviews from my Mum & boyfriend that I upped it to 5. This is a classic French dish and was SO easy it proves that sometimes simple is best. The almonds go SO well with the flavour of the sole. I added a tiny bit of almond oil to the Canola.Do watch the almonds ..."

"I goofed! and this was still delicious. I had the mustard & crumbs attached before I realized I'd forgotten I had to sear the meat first. Stuck it in the oven & gave it twice as long without the searing, saved myself washing a skillet or frypan, worried about the texture and it was awseome anyway... crust was crispy. covered it with foil the last ..."

"This was delicious. I didn't give it 5 stars only because that's for the REAL standing ovation dishes. Having said that, this was really close. The chicken was tender & juicy & both my Mum & boyfriend loved it. Mum's always saying "Don't buy chicken breasts with the bone out & skin off because they add to the favour." While she is generally right ..."
