"I made these Christmas morning, and they were a big hit. The only change that I made was to add chopped pecans to the cinnamon sugar (we like nuts in our sweet rolls. "I made this for Christmas dinner, and it was delicious! Even the skin, which usually gets tossed in my house, disappeared. The seasoning was delicious, and the drippings made great gravy. This is a keeper for those special occasions when we have a small crowd."

"My family really enjoyed this. I did make it with reduced fat "everything" (1% milk, reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and 2% cheddar cheese and it came out just fine. I did find that I had to bake it for about 20 minutes longer than the recipe called for to fully cook both the pork and the potatoes."
