About Me

Hi, I'm Suzy. Zaar has taught me many wonderful ways to be a better chef. I enjoy tremendously all the friendships that I've made here along the way. I am here just as much for people as for the recipes. This is my oasis and a place just for me.

I am a mother to a beautiful daughter who is almost ready to start her senior year in college. Where has the time gone I do not know, but one thing for sure she will always be mine. We both are addicted to Zaar and the greatest thing about it is....that I am teaching her how to cook and bake. This has been a great bonding experience for us and we couldn't be closer. We love the fun of trying your recipes too.

I am married to a wonderful guy that gets to reap the benefits of all our cooking. There is much more that I'd like to learn though especially how to bake a loaf of bread. I'm not very good at Phyllo or making pie crust lol.

I am also a cat mom and big animal lover. My cats mean the world to me and ever losing one would literally break my heart into a million pieces. I love to hear about your humanimals because I know first hand that they are really just your babies. I know alot about how to care for cats in general especially when they are sick so don't hesitate to ask but I'll probably give you advice anyway lol.

I wish that I had more recipes to post but someone always posts one better than the one I've got. I need to get rolling on more reviews because it really is also a big thank you for posting it.

I give Troy and Gay big kudos for creating this site. I love it here and will never leave. Kathy is awesome and I should tell them that more often.

You will find me mostly in Community Cafe. I feel like most of you are my extended friends. I love hearing from you and being a part of things there. I love the pictures and personal things that people post on Zaar. It helps me to get to know you better and it's always alot of fun.
