    About Me

    I'm a busy mom to a toddler, pre-schooler and a teenager with a baby on the way. With my busy schedule and limited budget, I try to buy in bulk, prepare meals for the freezer and take all cooking shortcuts possible. My teen is an aspiring chef with an interest in Japanese cuisine. My youngsters like to help in the kitchen, washing and stacking veggies as we prep them.

    Favorite Foods

    I love California, Italian, Thai, Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine. My specialty in the kitchen is cheesecake. I'm known for taking in other people's garden abundance and making something yummy, learning the art of food preservation along the way.
