    "Baked this one tonight for supper. Something I found out about menu planning was that when a heavy type main dish is served ( pork ribs, country style a "lite' desert is jus the thing. This cake is just the thing. I found it a "not overhelming" taste. Not heavy on th sugar either. I ate mine plain from a custard dish. The cake part is light and f..."

    "Add two Granny Smith apples cut in 1/4" slices. Stagger the sweet potato ( which were cut in 1/4" slices after they cooled. Next time would like to put pecans over all."
