"This is similar to a pot roast I made many years ago, wrapped in foil and slow cooked in the oven. This recipe lends itself well to that method, only using the crockpot which makes it even easier. First I lined my slow cooker with heavy duty foil, leaving enough overhang to seal after the liquids are added. I used dry red wine instead of water,..."

"I made the maple variation, using 2 T. of sugar free maple syrup, and we loved them."

"This recipe is destined to replace "old faithful", the easy, fast dessert that has been my default until tonight. We all loved this...the chocolate/peanut flavour combination has long been a favourite at our house. We drizzled individual desserts with a little more sugar free chocolate sauce and roasted peanuts...terrific!"

"This is a great recipe for Greek Salad...perfect dressing. I added a litte salt, but that is personal preference."

"To make low carb, I made this without the crust, and used Splenda for sweetening. It was excellent...firm, but still very creamy. I usually use vanilla for flavouring, but almond worked well for a delightful change."

"I don't think there is a vegetable that I don't like roasted, and this cauliflower is no exception. What makes this recipe even more special than the usual way I roast cauliflower is the flavour and the golden colour that the browned butter imparts. I will continue to do it like this from now on...it is really delicous."

"I can see this dish making a fabulous breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! In order to use up our ham, I put shaved pieces in the ramekin, rather than a slice, and I think for ease in eating right out of the ramekin with just a fork, I will continue to do that in future. I used just one extra large egg with only one tablespoon of fat free sour cr..."

"This is incredibly good, and I know that we will enjoy it on many more things than ham. I am particularly delighted that the sauce is thickened with egg instead of starch, which makes it suitable for the members of my family who are diabetic. I used Splenda instead of sugar, and instead of using a double boiler to cook the sauce, I cooked it in ..."

"Wonderful...a party in your mouth! I have used this as a dip, a salad dressing, and today I am going to sub it for mayo in deviled egg filling. So versatile, and sooo easy!"

"The best popcorn! This has so much great flavour that in order not to waste one bit, I sieved the dregs in the bottom of the bowl to discard the unpoped kernels, and then added it to a fresh batch of this recipe's cheese and herbs to use in making croutons. Loved this popcorn. The recipe says it serve 4, but I ate it all myself!"
