"We had this for dinner last night and it was delicious! Made with spicy/hot Italian sausage and 5-cheese Italian blend instead of mozzarella, as that was what we had on hand. Also used a 16-ounce bag of spinach instead of 10 ounces. This filled a 9 x 13 pan to the very top and the leftovers at lunchtime were great. Thanks for sharing!"

"I found this recipe awhile back on the Domino Sugar website ... the only thing I do differently is to use regular oats instead of the quick-cooking kind - just a texture preference. These are tasty, and a great way to feel like I'm having "healthy" pancakes."

"We loved this dessert! The crust is so easy to make and delicious - the whole dessert goes together very easily. I have also made it with banana pudding, coconut pudding, and lemon pudding, although I didn't use the chocolate syrup with the lemon. All were wonderful.
