"We all really, really enjoyed this soup. The only changes we made were in the preparation and not the ingredients: we didn't mash the potatoes and carrot, and we sliced the Italian sausage links into rounds. Potatoes, carrot and garlic we cooked in the microwave. Sausage and onion we sauteed in the soup kettle, then sprinkled with the flour and..."

"This bread makes the best toast EVER. I also like to add some cinnamon and raisins once in a while ... pure heaven! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!"

"Wonderfully easy, very tasty! We increased the hot sauce a bit, and used celery leaves as I was out of celery seed. Served over potato gnocchi with steamed carrots on the side. I'm looking forward to trying this with pork chops, also. Thanks for sharing!"

"Tasty quick dinner! We used 1/4 cup each pepper jelly and Dijon mustard, but left out the celery. Served with carrots and parslied potatoes. Will definitely be using this recipe on a regular basis - Thanks for sharing!"

"Devoured! We made Greek pita bread (#203824 instead of store-bought pitas ... truly, truly enjoyed this meal! Meat and pitas can be made ahead of time and frozen for a super fast meal. This will be a regular on our menu."

"Oh, my. If you haven't made this recipe before, please double it - if you don't, you'll wish you had! I made the dough in my mixer using the dough hook and let it run for 10 minutes. I did use the full 2 hours of rising time. I rolled out all my pitas and stacked them, then baked them 2 at a time in a 350 oven. We didn't want pocket pita, so ..."

"Delicious! We used the pan drippings from cooking the roast to make a brown gravy to go over mashed potatoes - maybe overkill with a cream sauce already a part of the meal, but it was tasty business! Green peas were our vegetable, and they were unbelievable rolled around in the garlicky cream sauce. It will definitely be just a once-in-a-while ..."

"Oh, my ... these were heavenly! The sauce is flavorful without being overpowering, and the ribs were fall-apart tender. The only change we made was to season the meat itself before broiling with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Served with jasmine rice and steamed carrots. Wonderful!"

"The only prep that was even approaching difficult was cutting up the potatoes. Very fast to get together and slide into the oven. I liked it quite a lot, but it did not appeal to my sons (both over 18, so it's not a "kid" thing. I would not hesitate to serve this to company - the boys will just have to eat elsewhere when I do :"
