"Enjoyed this! Used one very large onion, doubled the garlic, and added some crushed red pepper for zip. Used all milk for the sauce and did not miss the cream at all. This is definitely going to be one of those recipes we double to freeze half for another day - very easy to put together and economical. Thanks for sharing! :"

"I have a favorite curry powder that I use regularly, so this was my first time mixing my own spices. Can I just say ... fabulous!!! The house smelled heavenly as we browned the pork, and the 2 hour wait for the pork to become fork tender was almost torture. Even Very Super Bad Child Number One, who is not a big fan of curry, had two helpings. ..."

"This is so much better than the stuff that comes in a box. Most of the time we use this as an easy weeknight meal, with pork chops or chicken on top and a gravy - never any leftovers! "My kids won't touch this meatloaf, but I love it. Found it in a BH & G magazine a few years ago and I make it just so I can pack meatloaf sandwiches for work :"

"Normally I love Better Homes & Garden recipes - I own so many of their cookbooks it's embarrassing! - but these were a real disappointment and I can't figure out why, since the ingredients are all among my favorite tastes. I'm going to keep this in my cookbook and try them again in a month or so ... just to make sure. Thanks for sharing!"

"Tasty business here! We added cayenne to the pork chop seasoning, really loaded up on the mushrooms, served with rice and green beans."

"Good stuff! We added sauteed mushrooms, garlic and onion, used frozen broccoli. The boys want to try it with swiss cheese and then Monterey Jack cheese, so we'll be making this quite a bit in the near future. Thanks for sharing an easy, versatile & delicious recipe!"

"Oh, my - this was a fabulous soup! The only change we made was to increase the cayenne pepper to about a teaspoon, which gave it a healthy kick. Gotta love Emeril! :"
