"Man, the house smelled like HEAVEN while this was cooking!! I used a bit more salt and added about a tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes - and my smoked sausage was also on the spicy side. Served with rice and real Southern no flour cornbread. Very little conversation at the dinner table - we were too busy eating!!"
