    Reviewed Pete's Scratch Pancakes
    Handle
     |  By Bill Hilbrich

"These pancakes make a regular appearance on our weekend breakfast table - and once in a while on our weeknight dinner table. So fast, you'll never waste money on those horrible pancake mixes again - and so delicious, light and fluffy my two sons have no problem putting away a doubled recipe. My very favorite recipe ever from this website!!"

"We have made this several times now and still enjoy it as much as the first time. Cincinnati chili is in no way like other chilis - those looking for something "similar to" a favorite recipe should look elsewhere, because it's like apples and oranges. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Katie :"

"We really liked this recipe! I used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of broccoli, added chopped onion and chopped broccoli to the rice, and baked in a 9 x 13 pan with four very large bone-in chicken breasts. I think there were maybe 9 grains of rice left in the pan when the boys were through. Delicious!!"

"We loved this dessert! The crust is so easy to make and delicious - the whole dessert goes together very easily. I have also made it with banana pudding, coconut pudding, and lemon pudding, although I didn't use the chocolate syrup with the lemon. All were wonderful. Zaar chefs, this recipe needs to be in your cookbook!"

"I was hesitant to try this recipe after a quick glance at the ingredient list - but I am SO glad I did!! This beats the heck out of canned sauce and really isn't much more work! I have 3 BIG boys, and we still had leftovers for lunch the next day. This is a definite keeper!"

"Tired & crabby, I just wanted something I could slap together & toss into the oven. The mayonnaise mixture got dumped on the chicken, then I turned them over in a half-hearted attempt to cover everything. The bread crumb mixture was applied just as sloppily. Despite all my abuse and lack of technique, this chicken turned out fantastic. A true ..."
