"My first batch burned around the edges and the middles were done. I turned down the temp to 325 and cooked them about 14 minutes per pan. They didn't spread as much but they were a more uniform shape. Also on the last batch I decided to add some almond extract. I think they tasted better than the ones without it. I'll probably try these again."
