"I didn't have juice, so I didn't use any, but it was still a little sweet. Next time less sugar. I did use cornstarch to thicken at the end. Very tasty. My husband liked it too. Great with rice."

"Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate is right. Very chocolatey, and very delicious. The house smelled absolutely fantastic while this was baking. The glaze was a nice consistency. I didn't have any problems at all with this recipe, and the cake disappeared quickly - so I know it was a winner. I'll definitely make it again.---The glaze recipe made much ..."

Either way, though, it's the same ingredients in the same proportions - and it tastes great. I prefer mine shaken with lots of ice to make it really cold, and served on the rocks in a small glass. Yum."

"Delicious! Mine ended up very flat compared to the ones in the picture - but oh boy were they good! They were crispy at the first bite, but then melted away in your mouth. This recipe made LOTS of cookies - so if I make them again I might only make half the recipe. Thanks for the great cookie recipe!"

"My cookies also turned out like the photo posted by KC Cooker. They were flat, and chewy in the middle. Great flavor. I love oatmeal cookies, but hate raisins - so mine were made absolutely plain. I think next time I may add the chocolate chips, or maybe some nuts, but they were great without anything added. I cooked them for 11 minutes, but ..."
