    Reviewed Mexican Meatballs

"I made this for an appetizer while having a get together. These went over fabulous and were so easy to throw in a crockpot. I added the full can of chipolte peppers which made for a very spicy meatball. This would be great for a football party. The men really enjoyed them. They went great with their beer."

"Great for serving large parties. We had 45 people over for a party. I made a huge batch of this in a large foil baking dish. I had already cooked my meat and was unsure if my noodles would cook appropriately without the extra fat from the meat. I did not leave it in the fridge overnight. I mixed it up the morning of and left it out on the cou..."

"Wow! Great recipe. I was quite surprised. I thought it couldn't be good with the beer. But, we used Corona and added it although we were skeptical. We doubled this recipe and made it in a punch bowl. We also added 4 oz. more of tequila. This made for a great party and fun night. We will definitely use this again for get togethers in the fu..."

"This is a great recipe for children. My eight year old niece made this for a Christmas Party we were having. This was the kids snack before the food was served. She made this by herself with no problems and was quite pleased with the outcome! We used the Christmas m&m's instead of the peanut butter to make it more festive."

"I loved this recipe. I mixed in red and green m&ms for our Company Christmas Party. They were so easy to make and look so festive. I sprinkled a little more conf. sugar on the cookies after they came out of the oven. Thanks for the great recipe. I will definitely use this in the future."

"I loved this recipe. My husband is always on the go and this is great for him to grab in the morning. Also, a healthy way to start out the day. I used two other types of Kashi cereal because I did not have the puffed Kashi or puffed millet on hand. Then I used a little less peanut butter and honey. I also added some sunflower seeds. Then, I ..."

"This is a fabulous recipe. I altered it just a little. I used a vanilla cake mix and added the strawberries to my batter. Then, made the glaze to go on top with only 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. The cake turned out wonderful and it was so simple to make. Thanks for the great recipe."

"This is a great recipe. I made the muffins. They turned out perfect. They were very moist and had the perfect sweetness to them. Also, surprisingly not heavy for a cornbread recipe. Just light and fluffy. My children usually do not like cornbread. But, they did like these and they went perfect with our beans. Thanks for the recipe!"

"I loved this recipe. This is the best recipe I have used for my bread machine. The crust was perfect, not hard at all. I did use a little more cinnamon than the recipe called for. The sweetness was perfect. I took the bread to my son's swim practice and the boys ate it up in no time flat. Also, I have five children and all of them loved it. Than..."
