"These are delicious and I love how they look! Using the Simply Potatoes made them a quick side dish. Even though I don't have a mini-cheesecake pan, I used a muffin tin. They took a bit longer to cook. I substituted crispy bacon and sharp cheddar because I had those on hand. Definitely a recipe I'll use again."

"Easy to make and very good to eat. I served them at a Fiesta Party last night - delicous! Several asked for the recipe. I used 3 chilis and it was just enough heat. Will make again."

"Very nice pie - all the flavors blend nicely. I made as written, with peeled Fugi apples, along with a cherry pie for Father's Day. This time of year, I assumed the fresh sour cherry pie would be everyone's first choice, but I am proud to say this apple pie held it's own. I am going to make it again soon for an upcoming bake sale. It is unique..."

"I can enjoy kettle corn without guilt. I'm the only one in the fam who likes kettle corn - and now enjoy a couple cups without popping the whole batch in sugar/salt as most of the other recipes require. Love it!"

"That hit the spot - I was looking for something different, and had made some alfredo sauce the night before. I loved the combination of crab, bacon with the sauce. It is very rich!!"

"I love this versatile recipe. My favorite is using my canned beef, that I made with rump roast, substituting beef broth. I NEED peas in my pie! Plus I add fresh parsley and thyme. I use olive oil rather than butter. If I'm really in a "healthy" mood, I use a whole wheat pie crust made with canola oil. This is a great food to bring to a frien..."

"This was really an amazing crust. No, it's not your typical butter-flaky crust, but it was quite good. I used 1/2 whole wheat flour, and 1/2 white flour, plus I added 1 T vinegar for flavor. I did have to add quite a bit more milk, and rolled it between wax papers, but it was pretty easy to work with. I made Recipezaar #45070 Pot Pie, but used..."

"A last minute sleepover for my 9-yr-old daughter came up, so I decided to serve this as an appetizer for my husband and me. With steaks thawing, and searching the garden for sides, I was so happy to see this dip. Key to me for these (few dates, is having the ingredients on hand. This dip was so good! Seeing my posted picture, I served it with..."

"I love garlic, but really thought the garlic dominated over all other flavors. I really believe if you reduce the garlic in this recipe, you have an outstanding recipe, tasting the feta and rosemary more. I understand the award at the garlic festival, but for every day folks, I'd 1/2 the garlic."
