"This was delicious! I plan on using it for my regular Easter meal every year. It was the first time I had ever cooked lamb. I didn't find lamb deboned so had to debone mine, and it took time but was worth it. I thought the olives added a nice Greek flavor to it and the wine gave it a wonderful flavor. Using fresh ingredients is key and makes it a ..."

"I used this recipe for part of my Easter meal and they were delicious. I used the rosemary and baked them for the whole 40 minutes. Covering them with foil kept them moist while cooking. The paprika added an interesting flavor."

"I loved this recipe and used it for part of our Easter meal and plan on using it every year. I do not care for the peppers so didn't use them and used mild cheddar instead of the sharp. I loved it but think next time I will also use sharp cheddar instead of the mild."

It is hard to find the fresh white asparagus in some American grocery stores, but I did find it canned and used two jars, about 12 oz each, instead. The change I had to make was that I didn't cook or add the asparagus until all the other ingredients were blend..."

"A nice, tasty recipe that goes well with steamed broccoli. To make the recipe faster to make I used a 7.1 oz pkg. of flaked, deboned salmon. I substituted green onion for the regular onion as I prefer that flavor. I also added 2T parmesan cheese to the bread crumb topping. "
