    About Me

I just love to cook, that's about it. I like trying new recipes for the same thing until I find the ultimate, absolutely best recipe there is for it. Fortunately, I have lots of friends and co-workers who are more than happy to sample for me.

    Favorite Foods

I grew up on good ole Southern cooking and that is still my favorite....you know, the kinds of dishes that there aren't really recipes for. I've developed a touch of a gourmet taste over the years and have found that I like things that I used to turn my nose up to. When you read the recipe for that fancy-sounding dish, most of the time you find tradtional food prepared in a new and exciting way using unusual ingredients.
