"To me, this recipe seems like a recipe mostly for those that do not normally like the taste of salmon. The mayo was overpowering and could definitely stand being diminished or excluded all together. A 'fast-food' variant of salmon; I could see how some would like it, but to me, it was a waste of salmon. Nice and original recipe though."

"5 stars delicious. Shallots are hard to find around here, so I just use onions. I use sherry instead of regular white wine; I think the flavor of the sherry really pulls the recipe together. "Authentic taste. Very good. I used frozen stir-fry vegetables along with fresh onion, green pepper, bean sprouts, and garlic. I didn't have oyster sauce, so I mixed some clam juice with soy sauce as a substitute. Can't wait to try again using oyster sauce and adding meat. Thanks for the recipe."
