    "I was desperately looking for a recipe that asks for ground pork alone, not coupled with ground beef, which I didn't have handy this evening. Quite good, it was my first taste of oyster sauce. I substituted the rice wine (sake) with lager beer (this was recommended by the Food Substitution Bible book I keep in my kitchen). I will put even more peas..."
