    About Me

I HATED cooking growing up. The same is not true now.

In my adulthood, I have discovered not only the art of teaching children, but the illustrious art of baking, and with it, how to make a good casserole, pasta, or stew. It's absolutely exciting in the kitchen. From planning, shopping, and prepping, to seeing someone's face light up when they taste your food. I can't wait to share with my children someday.

My favorite resturants look like holes in the wall (Mango, Olympia, etc.) but really follow through with presentation, flavor and overall taste.

My most noteable receipe is my Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. Mmm!

    Favorite Foods

Clemetines, bananas, Baked Ham, Chili, Seafood, Greek/Mediteranian Cuisine(Baklava... Yum!), Thai Cuisine (Lemongrass or Peanut Butter Chicken), Legume-based foods, and anything BBQ'd.
