    "This was absolutely delicious!!! I have to admit that I changed it a bit. I didn't have any tomatoes other than a can of rotel tomatoes and peppers so I tried it with a tsp of Tony Chachere's Original Seasoning in place of the curry, salt, and pepper. It was GREAT!! My kids loved it as well served over white rice as suggested in a previous rev..."

    "These are great muffins, I use the Splenda/Sugar blend, whole wheat flour, and canola oil to make these totally healthy. The sugar/cinnamon blend on top is what make these muffins in my opinion. Kids love them, mom loves them, and so do friends!! Add nutmeg and vanilla to the batter for a little more taste, but it's not necessary."
