"These are great muffins, I use the Splenda/Sugar blend, whole wheat flour, and canola oil to make these totally healthy. The sugar/cinnamon blend on top is what make these muffins in my opinion. Kids love them, mom loves them, and so do friends!! Add nutmeg and vanilla to the batter for a little more taste, but it's not necessary."

"This was simply delicious!! It was very easy to make and sooo tasty. My 6 year old even loved it because the spicy taste was well balanced with the other flavors. I am not sure how, but I ended up with sauce which was also great."
