I do a lot of traveling and after eating a variety of food I like to go home and try to replicate the flavors that I have tasted.
Cooking for my wife is my hobby. She has a wonderFULL belly that is highly responsive to my cooking. I am blessed to have her.
I like to make full meals; appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert. The evening just doesn't feel right without going around the world.
Arabic food is probably my favorite to cook. Or as the ashamed Arabs call it these days "Mediterranian Food".
My favorite food to eat is probably real BBQ. Not my favorite to cook though. You need to cook for a lot of people and have about 11 hours handy!
Despite these two, I am probably best known for my Italian cooking. Tonight I made a spectacular dinner for my fiancée of Italian Wedding Soup, Tuscan Pork with mushroom/parm risotto, and cannolis for dessert. I do it all for her.
However, I personally think my greatest achivement is Greek food. I'll throw Bobby Flay down on that anyday!
