"Great recipe. I cut the recipe in half and only used one can of crushed tomatoes. I don't eat red meat and I know most vodka sauces are made with prosciutto to enhance the flavor so I cooked about 4 strips of turkey bacon and added it in with the crushed tomato. I served this with some whole wheat penne and it was delicious."
