"Yummy! I was worried about not putting garlic in with the onions (like I normally would do and I would never in a million years have tried putting basil in thai- but it was good! "Really nice. I doubled the recipe as I only had a large cake ring. I also used 1 cup of self raising flour and 1 cup normal flour, as I was worried about there being no baking powder. It would have been fine with just the normal flour. I baked it a bit longer than stated as it took longer for the middle to cook.Served it with tinned boysenberries..."

"um, there is actually saturated fat in the nuts, eggs and milk!!! I make a fat free loaf with dates, but it has no nuts, egg or milk, and has some grated carrot in it- very moist!"

"This is better than it looks. And by my reckoning (hopefully correct it is only 3 weight watcher's points per serving. I will make it again.
