    About Me

    I have food allergies, so I have to cook my most of my food from scratch. I am allergic to wheat, MSG, preservatives, (Nitrates etc). We don't use Corn Syrup in our cooking either. I work at a Junior High School in the Macintosh Computer lab. I enjoy having breaks and summers off. For fun, I like to Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook. My family enjoys traveling when we can and we like to meet new people.

    Favorite Foods

    I have Gluten intolerance, corn products bother me and I can't have MSG. I am always looking for recipes that I can adapt. I must be a kid at heart because one of my favorite foods is Pizza. Not that we eat it a lot, but I still love it as much as I did as a kid. Only now, I have to make it Gluten Free. I try and buy Organic products whenever possible. I cannot stand the taste of non-organic fruit. I feel like I can tastes the pesticides no matter how much washing I do.
    My second favorite food is Seafood: Salmon, Crab, Shrimp, Halibut, Trout. YUM!! We are always looking for good recipies using Seafood.
