    About Me

    I work in a laboratory as an analyst, spent most of the time measuring chemical powders & fluid for analysis. I was somewhat forced to take cooking classes for 4 years but still real bad at it LOL. Bought a new Microwave Oven recently, and it had certainly helped gain my interest in cooking and baking. LOW CARB AND LOW-FAT cooking though as I'm on the South beach diet.

    Favorite Foods

    Anything Chocolate.
    Desserts; cookies, pies, pop-corn... etc.
    Love everything with potatoes.
    Now everything has to be converted to low carb, quite sad... felt very much deprived of all my fav. food.
