    Favorite Foods

too many to mention !!! Plus they change all the time.

A favourite salad though is mixed leaves, tomato, avocado, cucumber, spring onion dressed with cold pressed pumpkin seed oil, a little balsamic vinegar and topped with seasame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds plus a little salt and pepper.

Best pasta is mixed seafood with tomato and garlic

Best soup that is a huge meal in itself is spicy chicken and chorizo with vegetables and some beans or pulses served with homemade garlic bread

I am famous for my roast dinners as I make proper gravy and season/flavour my meat really well and always have loads of veggies to go with.

Favourite drink is raw hot chocolate. Use raw Cacao beans ground to a powder 2-3 teaspoons should be enough and a little sugar to taste as the cacao is quite bitter and add any flavourings you want, I use vanilla seeds, grated nutmeg and ground cinnamon. Blend in blender to get as fine a powder as possible and add cup of hot rice or soya milk and blend till frothy on top.
