Used this to make cupcakes: modified slightly to make it an egg-free, no-chocolate recipe for a baby's first birthday cake - I replaced the cocoa with extra flour and doubled the vanilla extract. I halved the recipe and it was enough to make 12 cupcakes. Replacing the cocoa with mashed bananas might work, too - will try next time."
