    New Topic Making lactose free chocolate in Desserts

    "i want to make a chocolate easter bunny for someone who is lactose intollerant. I know I can use lactose free milk but how do I make chocolate that I can pour into a mould? I have never done this before and recipes talk about cocoa beans which is far more than I want to do, I was thinking more like something with cocoa."
