    LinMarie says:

"I made a double batch. I used my largest Dutch oven. it almost did not fit. Some of the dumplings actually stuck to the lid. I had to cook the dumplings about an extra 20 mins since I double the recipe. The whole family loved it. Even my neices the are very picky. I was able to bag and store another 7 servings for lunch for the next week."

"This was a very tasty recipe. I used a bottom round roast(less fat) instead and extended the cooking time by about 2-6 hours."
