"I save the water I steam veggies in and use it for stock. I accidently used one veggie stock and one shrimp stock in this recipe. Wow the shrimp stock put this over the top. It was terrific. I also did a full puree on this (my taste and it too was terrific. Sure glad I ran across this recipe!! Thanks Redsie"

"This was an excellent recipe but I did alter it somwhat. I wanted more sauce so I added more lime juice and added some chile sauce. It was terrific over rice. Well worth doing again."

"This was a bit of a surprise. I kind of thought the ingredients were rather bland but this was really good. I did a lot of garlic but that was all and I found these quite tasty.
