    About Me

    I am a French Canadian having lived in Montreal and Ottawa. Then moved to Brea, in California and eventually moved to Geneva in Switzerland where I live today.

    I speak, obviously French and English, but German too and I am currently learning Spanish.

    I love cooking and decided via this website to start my own cookbook: from my family recipes, ones posted by the community here and additionally with help and assistance from all of you. Do hope to share some of my own recipes once I actually write them down.

    Favorite Foods

    Any recipe is worth trying.

    However, my 2 favorite cuisines are : real authentic mexican food (South Mexico , no Tex-Mex please) and the second one is Lebanese which is one of the most refined cuisine in the world!
