Reviewed Beef Pot Roast with Olives and Capers

"I made this the day the show first aired, several years ago. I'm not a huge fan of pot roast, but I was intrigued by the cinnamon and olives. This is a delicious twist on a traditional pot roast. I love the combination of flavors: a bit spicy, a bit sweet, salty, and rich. I always serve with mashed potatoes (or wasabi mashed potatoes). Reviewed The Ultimate Cheesecake

"I loved this cheesecake! I'm 8 months pregnant and had a definite hankering for cheesecake, so when I found this one with so many good reviews, I figured it was worth a shot, I followed the recipe exactly, almost. I only added the zest of about half a lemon, since my husband doesn't like too much lemony flavor in things. I also found I needed to c"
