Reviewed Sausage, Egg and Cheese Casserole

"Hubby gave this a 4, I rank it a 3. This was good. I cut it down to serve 2 but, added 3 eggs instead of 1 1/2. No 1/2 eggs in my house anyway. :) Use dijon instead of dry mustard. Put the last of the cheese on when the casserole was almost done baking. I love to cook but, have never understood all the breakfast casseroles that call for cubed..."

    About Me

I am the mother of 2 teenage sons and very active in their lives. Running them and their friends all over means I need to plan my meals in advance. I can spend many enjoyable hours searching recipes. Then I make at least one week's list of menus, do all the shopping at once (saves tons of money!) and post the list in the kitchen. Makes my life so much easier. Both of my sons are turning into great cooks, too.

My favorite cookbook is The Seattle Classic by the Junior League of Seattle. Not a bad recipe in the entire book!

I own a very small nursery and also have a line of spa (bath) products. I sell them in great brightly colored metal buckets instead of baskets and ship all over the country. Email for a complete brochure. terriyaki2@comcast.net. Put spa products in the subject line so I don't accidently delete you. :)

    Favorite Foods

Prawns, halibut. Only get those if #2 son is not going to be home for dinner as the only seafood he will eat is calamari. I keep telling him his tastes will change but, hasn't happened yet. I have hope though!
