    About Me

Cooking is my hobby but would like to make it more than just that. I really like to take regular recipes and recreate them in a more healthy way, the way grandma and grandpa used to do. the biggest problem in America is the foods we consume were never designed for us to eat. we should go back to the all natural way of cooking, yes it takes more time to prepare but our bodies will thank us for it and we will feel a lot better.

    Favorite Foods

I love spicy Mexican, and i am in the process of trying Israel recipes.
