Shared Recipe Bolognese Lasagna With Porcini-Parmesan Filling

"This is now my family's favorite Lasagna. The fresh homemade sauce makes the difference. Once you taste it you'll never go back."

    About Me

I'm retired from the US Army after 24 years and now I have taken up cooking again - and I love it. When I was in the Army I didn't have much time to cook and now I do - my kids and my husband love it. My three Chihuahuas love my cooking too!

    Favorite Foods

I love to cook just about anything - but I really enjoy cooking chicken - there is so much you can do with chicken. I also love Italian Food!!! One dish that my husband loves is a stuffed chicken breast. It is stuffed with spinach, onions, garlic, mushrooms and rice and topped with a lemon herb sauce.
