Reviewed Everything Chicken Tenders
"I have to say that I should have read the reviews first, because mine came out much too salty. I actually had cut back on the salt, but I guess I had to cut back even more. We scraped the coating off our chicken to be able to eat it. I also ran out of the coating and had to mix up more. Maybe I put too much on? We would try it again. Hubby liked it..."

I am not a very interesting person. I like to cook, I like to eat, and I love my husband Rick and my son Hugh. Thats pretty much it when it comes to me, that and an obsession for cats, especially our 2, Bunny & Bindy Sue. We live in Lake Dallas, TX, and have been married since August 16th, 2003. Hugh was born October 19th, 2009. Rick and I met on the internet in September 2001, and when we were married I moved from NJ where I grew up, to the big, scary, strange city of Dallas. There are things I like about Dallas and things I don't. I am definitely homesick for some real NY style pizza.
I love mostly all foods, although there are a few things I do not care for. It is much easier (shorter) to say what I don't like, than to list all the things I do like, because the list would be endless. I don't like: Milk (although I do cook with it, just don't like to taste it), fat slices of tomato (only thin slices that I can't taste will do) pesto, and probably a couple other things I can't think of now. I will try anything at least once, because that is the only way to discover new things. I am not famous for cooking any particular dish, most times when I am making something that I am excited about, I mess it up and it either looks bad and tastes good or looks good and tastes bad. We frequent all types of restaurants. Tex Mex are in abundance here, which I did not grow up with that, so I enjoy it a lot. Particularly MiCocina, which has really good brisket taco's.
