"Wonderful, I used this recipe to make a lime soymilk pudding. The texture is perfect, and you'll know when it's thickened when cooking it, it thickens all of a sudden :. "Yes, like other people have said these are absolutely delicious and better than some non-vegan pancakes I've had. I soaked a handful of dried blueberries in the soymilk beforehand and these made delicious, fluffy pancakes even with whole wheat flour."
