    Just a girl :).

    Being a college student means one thing, culinary-wise: either you cook...or ramen is suddenly functional as breakfast, lunch and dinner. But healthy food can be easy, delicious, flavorful, and inexpensive and that's why I'm here to share my recipes for the busy student...or mom, or dad, or employee...who wants to put a little more healthy...and a lot more flavor into their meals! I figured it's finally time to join since I've been following and been inspired by your yummy Recipezaar recipes for years, so I hope you enjoy! Happy eating :D.

    (Besides being a cook-in-training I'm a full time student at a research university in Northern California, majoring in physics. I love reading, art, music, nature, animals, sewing, crocheting, running and of course, cooking!)

    I love ethnic foods...Korean, Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean, Thai and Vietnamese are some of my favorites. I love fresh veggies and fruit, especially juicy, sweet, mouth-watering mangoes and peaches in summertime!
