    About Me

    Retired. Have always done the grocery shopping, cooking, etc. Am now the full time "domestic engineer" and loving it. I love to cook. The best tool in the kitchen is a sharp knife. When the church ladies have a buffet or luncheon to put on, I'm the first one they call. Also the Boy Scouts, volunteer fire dept., etc. I'm no expert, but I love to help out in a kitchen!

    Favorite Foods

    Alaskan King Crab Legs. Lobster. Scallops. Mussels. Italian, Greek, Chinese, Middle Eastern. Meat. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Fresh asparagus. Tomatoes right off the plant in the garden. Fresh basil, oregano and other herbs. Sugar snap peas just picked lightly steamed with a little butter. Just picked baby spinach, New Zealand or Swiss Chard again lightly steamed. Or fresh in a salad. See here I go... I could get orgasmic thinking about it!
    Oh- Ree Drummond's apple dumplings warm with vanilla ice cream will make you think you've died and gone to heaven!!
